What itgrows on.
First employee at All Points North, 2019. Its capital, its processes, the operating rhythm behind it — I built them, and I still run them.
All Points North began as a mountain resort in the Vail Valley, rebuilt as a behavioral health campus. Today it's four locations across Colorado and Texas and a national telehealth platform.

What I own
Five things that don't usually sit with one person.
- CAPITAL
- The people who fund the company get their answers from me.
- TERMS
- The money between the company and the people it treats: what gets signed, and what's fair when a situation changes.
- TOOLS
- Where the company needs software it can't buy, I build it.
- EDGE
- The things that make us not an ordinary provider. The tech and the process behind them are mine.
- RHYTHM
- The cadence the company sets goals by, and the follow-through.

Elsewhere
I live in Santa Monica with my fiancée Casey and a golden retriever named Oliver. We marry next June. I cook over wood and train with kettlebells in the garage. Right now I'm reading Robert Alter's Torah; Dune and All the Pretty Horses are the best of the shelf, and the shelf is below.
